- Professional-grade platinum-cure silicone rubber from the TC-5100 Series, designed for mold making, casting, and part production. Available in multiple Shore A hardness options to match applications ranging from soft, flexible parts to firm, durable molds.
- Simple 1:1 mix ratio by weight or volume. Low viscosity formula pours easily and captures fine surface detail for accurate mold and part reproduction.
- Cures at room temperature with a working time of approximately 25–40 minutes and an initial cure of about 3–4 hours. Final mechanical properties develop over up to 48 hours.
- Translucent to semi-translucent base allows easy visual monitoring during casting and can be colored using silicone-compatible pigments, including BJB 8100 Series Silicone Pigments.
- Compatible with a wide range of mold-making and casting applications including prototypes, special effects, and flexible tooling. Certain materials may inhibit cure (such as latex, tin-cure silicones, copper alloys, and some 3D print resins); surface testing is recommended before full use
