This Peakworks Roof Anchor Bracket is designed for use as a reusable anchorage connector. It’s adjustable to any roof pitch and can be easily installed. Forged steel D-Ring coupled with two steel metal plates and red, corrosion resistant paint ensures its long-lasting usability for roofing jobs. It provides a 310 lbs. (140 kg) capacity for one worker, including the combined weight of the person plus their tools, clothing, etc. It’s operating temperature range is -35º C to +35º C. • SAFE USE - Designed for use by a single person with a combined weight (clothing, tools, etc.) of no more than 310 lb; Ideal for residential or commercial roofing operations; Single D-ring attachment and center hinge allow flexible use
• EASY INSTALLATION - Designed to be installed at the peak of the roof, through the sheathing, directing into a truss; Must use screw size 3" x #10 (not included) and install a minimum of 9 screws in top, middle, and bottom rows of each side (9 screws per side for a total of 18 screws)
• MEETS STANDARDS - Meets ANSI Z359.18, CSA Z259.15, and OSHA safety requirements for residential and commercial roofing applications
