Mr. Gasket Intake Gasket sets are used to prevent fluid or gas leaks by providing a barrier between two mating surfaces, maintaining a seal under pressure and temperature changes. These gaskets are specially designed with composite rubber and an MLS cylinder head gasket, which is reinforced, expanded metal with graphite lubricant. It prevents overtightening and torque loss after installtation. They can be trimmed if needed for modified ports. Manifold end rail seals and a distributor gasket are included. These sets are ideal for OEM replacement and high performance street, drag race, and oval track applications. It does not stick to intake or cylinder head.
