- This cast iron large pan is 35cm(13.77inch)long * 22.5cm(8.85inch) wide (cooking surface). This pan will heat up quickly and evenly to get a good consistent cooking surface with no hot spots.
- We have added griddle lines to help channel away any excess fat / oil from your cooking. To make disposing of these excess fats / oil easier we have added to pouring spouts, one on either side of the pan.
- To get rid of the excess oil out of the pan we have added pouring spouts for both left and right handed people. This simple addition makes it easier to drain excess oil from the pan.
- To help you lift, shake, and move your griddle pan, we have added a removable handle that is strong enough to support the pan but can be easily taken off when you want to use your griddle pan in the oven or store it .
