Freedom Yoga in Millennium Park

Dear Yogis and Yoginis, It is my pleasure to present to you, Freedom Yoga in Millennium Park. Thank you to the City of Chicago and Millennium Park for making yoga, and other wonderful fitness opportunities, available for everyone! I love yoga not only because it is a wonderful workout, but also because it has made me more appreciative of Life. In these three yoga sessions you will hear me reference the earth, the sky and the trees. Use your imagination and sense the way the earth is supporting you, the way the tree roots grow into the earth providing stability, and the vastness of the wide, open sky. Be patient with yourself and feel free to watch me and others explore the postures. Use gentle persistence, take your time, and enjoy the ride.
