The EOC-KVMUSA1 allows a customer to have full console control of a computer from a remote distance of up to 1000 feet via twisted pair CAT-5 type cables. The flexibility of CAT-5 type cable makes this easily routable and is an inexpensive method for extending a full KVM console - VGA, USB, and serial; as well as making it the ideal touch-screen monitor extender with its ability to extend both video and data channels. One of the features of this particular device is that although it extends a KVM console (USB, VGA, and Serial ports), it can be converted with the flip of a switch into a VGA video and audio extender. That mode allows you to extend high resolution video and analog audio up to 1000 feet.
