What is HuBMAP?

HuBMAP, or the Human BioMolecular Atlas Program, is working to catalyze the development of a framework for mapping the human body at single cell resolution.

HuBMAP Data

Over 20 different organs from more than 80 donors comprise the samples and datasets (>1000 of each) across 3 main modalities: mass spectrometry, microscopy and sequencing. New Assay types are published as they become available.

This is a MALDI IMS image of a human kidney on a new matrix from Vanderbilt, which allows viewers to see the different types of cells that make up the organ.
